The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, visited the “Surakhani” Ship-Museum.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, and the delegation he led visited the “Surakhani” Ship-Museum, operated by the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO).

During the visit to the world’s first tanker museum, the guests were presented with the exhibitions, multimedia, and audiovisual systems on display. They were also provided with detailed information about Azerbaijan’s rich maritime traditions and the history and operations of ASCO, the oldest shipping company operating in the Caspian region.

In honor of Minister Sybiha's visit, the ship-museum’s audio guide system was updated to include the Ukrainian language, and the tour was conducted entirely in Ukrainian.

At the end of the tour, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed his satisfaction with the visit by leaving a message in the Ship-Museum’s "Guest of Honor" book, praising the efforts made to preserve Azerbaijan’s maritime heritage.
